I'm in the doctors office waiting room with my son. A man and child just sat down about 10ft from us and they stink. They smell sour and its making me sick to my stomach. Would you tell them?

Nope just make remarks like "what is that smell in here and do you guys smell that". They will get the hint.

You're at the doctor's office. It could be that it's related somehow to them being sick or some other condition. It would be incredibly rude, inconsiderate, and childish to make light of it. Grow up.

I kept saying what is that sour smell, it's disgusting. How can he not smell himself?

I see you chose the passive aggressive route. Well done, way to handle it like an adult

This is a sour arse sweaty man smell. I wouldn't say anything if I thought it was from the child. I am grown up and I don't stink. Good hygiene is just common courtesy

Just imagine the Dr. walking in when they have been boxed up in what is essentially a closed cubicle for about 15 minutes.

He's dressed in flip flops, shorts and a sleeveless tshirt. I don't know of any jobs that would allow what this guy has on.

I don't know how that poor doctor is going to be able take that smell.

Until you've walked a mile in his flip flops, STFU.

You're just rationalizing and changing your story at this point.

when i get home i put on shorts and a shirt, no shoes, and if i go somewhere, i wear flip flops.
Maybe he didn't have time to shower after work, and just took his work coveralls off and that's what he had on under them.
