I've got them on my truck right now (2500 gas), and they ride like a Flintstones car, even at 65psi. I lowered it, and the ride was the same. Will be going with 8-ply on my next set

i know michelin and cooper does the $70 rebate deals... just called toyo and they don't do those rebates. Sucks. I'm still kinda leaning heavy to toyo's at the moment.

If you drive a 3/4 ton or 1 ton, you must put 10 ply on there. Most shops will not even put anything less on there and they shouldn't.

If you drive a 1/2 ton, I would go with 8 ply or lower.

Thats the set I went in to get. They were out and it was going to be 6wks before any were available from the distributor.
So, I got the AT3s as recommended by the guys there. Said they were the 2nd best tire there.

They are essentially the same tire as the at3's. Mastercraft is made by Cooper tire

I also have these. They run about $15 cheaper than the at3's

I've got the general grabber AT and they have 60+ on them now. They are a little noisy but my truck is an 01. I'm sure the newer trucks would sound a lot quieter in the cab.

Just put these on my '99 Wrangler 2 weeks ago... very very quiet, handles sand well and a comfortable ride so far. Paid $450ish for 5 x 255x70x16s mounted and balanced after rebates and shipping.

eta: cost me $65 to have them mounted and balanced locally. ($388 after rebates/shipping) Most places quoted me mount/balance for $25ish a tire.

I have been to about 6 places today, and these look to be the best deal. The higher payload model is actually cheaper than the base one right now for some reason. Under $1K at AWT. Will probably pull the trigger this week since sam's club selection sucks.
