Just got done with the second day of using the saunas here at the hotel in Switzerland and it made me wonder why it's not common in the US. The women are naked, you feel great afterwords (essentially it's detox), and it's quick. Are people in the US that insecure about their bodies or is something else the issue?

The fact that people in Europe go everyday, whether at home or at the gym. How many people do you know in LA or TX that use the sauna daily, let alone have one in their house?

While at our resort in Jamaica a couples of years back, i went to one that filled up with so much steam, and so quick, that I almost had to drop to the ground to find my way out.

After working at a gym and constantly finding people having sex, or masturbating, in the Sauna and Steam room put me off to the idea of ever using the ones I had access to.

I love saunas. For the exception of old fricks not giving a shite and wiping their old balls on everything there to be sat on.

Other than that they are awesome.
