I also heard Albertson's 85/15 ground beef is 99 cents/pound every night after 7 from the display case. The butcher just told me that.

So is well prepared green onion sausage and italian sausage. I just cant see the point in grinding up a perfectly fine ribeye to make it into sausage...... im sure its delicious but I dont see the point in it when there are cheaper and just as good options. To each his own.

Rouses downtown NOLA has it if you in the area.

the lafayette meat markets only use the less than perfect ribeyes that probably wont sell and turn it into sausage. and it....is....delicious.

I've had Rouse's. Good stuff. Believe I got some from Don's in Carencro or Sunset wherever it is.
Ribeye sausage is damn good. Still have some in the freezer. About to need a new supply.
