I would say that for most women she looks pretty good for her age. But we are not comparing her with most women, we are comparing her now to what she looked like in her prime.
That's not really a sexist thing I think. How many pro athletes get compared to their glory days when their careers are winding down? When you start off high and fall back to the middle people are going to notice it.
