I must have missed all those reverses that cooks has taken 25+ yards down the field. DAMMIT DIRECT TV!
Well, you've certainly missed one because he took it 30+. Not surprised you forgot though.

It's been 5 games. How many did Moore have in a multi season career? Great comparison.

Never thought we graded 1st round WRs or any WRs for that matter on how many reverses they have. The scouts need to make sure they start watching this too cuz it can be very telling on how good a WR is. Lmao

Yeah it's been 5 games. And the almighty explosive cooks averages a whopping 8 YPC too.

Nah offense wasn't y'all's problem so could've found a fast slot WR later someone like John brown for the cards. Dennard or Cj Mosley would've been better 1st rd picks for y'all's needs IMO. And if yall really just really had to go Offense with the first pick maybe a big playmaking WR like Benjamin would've been a better fit. As Drew's arm is declining he could use a big playmaker go up and fight for some of those under thrown balls.

Offense was the problem

It was inconsistent and we didn't really have anyone to take the top off the defense. Cooks can definitely do that but he's not being used that way this early. That's on payton rather than cooks.

Moseley was gone before our pick and dennard would've been gone before the pick as well.

Dude struggles with drops

It's more of a playcalling issue than anything.

People expecting more out of Cooks are seriously out of touch with reality.

So the coaching staff are purposely sabotaging the offense by not using the fastest player on the team to take the top off of defenses. Kenny stills did it last year as a rookie. 22 YPC. Just face it cooks is not who yall thought he was gonna be. Yall traded up so dennard wasn't taken before yall and if yall were gonna trade up why my do it for a player you really needed - Cj Mosley. And yes Benjamin does struggle with drops but he also produces because he is a big playmaker. And to blame play calling for Drew Brees under throwing deep balls is just plain retarded.

The play calling has been a problem. Pretty much any fan that has watched the saints will know this.

5 Games is no sample size whatsoever.

Moseley was taken a pick before the saints traded with the dolphins. We probably did put an offer for him but who the frick knows.

I don't see how these hypotheticals of who the saints could or could not have taken are really relevant.

The saints took cooks, that's who we're discussing.

Sure was impressive last weekend

Pass blocking has been well below our standards so drew isn't getting near the time he needs. Our strength has oddly been running so that's what we should be focused on.

Didnt you compare cooks and stills earlier?

We have receivers that fit his mold already in Graham and an aging Colston. We were looking for a different skill set that brought quickness to the table for facing cover 3 defenses. He moves the chains

4th in receptions, 15 first downs.

We haven't attempted deep balls this year, even with stills. Our oline has had issues

He had the best deep ball statistically last year. I blame the oline and stills being injured. Payton and Brees are not comfortable taking shots right now with the interior blocking.

It isn't rocket science, but it's apparently too much for you to understand.

Wait, did he compare Stills to Moore?

Stills lined up outside majority of last year, 20ypc defends that as well that he's nowhere near what Moore is.
