I think people want Cooks/Stills/Morgan running these deep routes as opposed to Meachem.

You're probably right. I guess I just expected Stills to make a leap this year and become a solid option for Drew, but the targets just haven't been there. He's definitely capable of being more than just a deep ball threat just needs reps.

Yeah, I'm definitely in that camp. We are seriously handcuffing our young, fast receivers. It also seems like safeties are playing sooooo deep against us that it's hard to get over the top.

I just want one big play damn it.

I agree. I'm not buying that the talent is lacking at receiver. Our problem is play-calling, IMO.

So far a great start for a rookie reciever. I would like to see some plays called to send him deep to stretch the field but they love getting him the ball underneath and on the flat. Look for his role to expand more and more every game

That's because he is lance Moore and NOT Desean Jackson. It's funny how most of yall have tempered yalls expectations all of a sudden and saying it's only been a few games and blaming this and that. Before the season yall were saying how he was gonna explode onto the scene and be the best rookie in the draft.

That's cuz that's just who he is. He's more in the kenny stills and lance Moore mold than a desean Jackson. Not looking at #s but looking at actual gameplay and the bottom line is that's who he is no matter how much saints fans wanna believe he's gonna become something diff.

WTF he is not the problem. OL is the problem on offense and defense. Oh and our corners suck.

Lance Moore didn't really play the slot for us lol.

Colston and Graham did though

I don't believe Stills did it much either last year. He did lead the NFL in ypc though

Please tell me you aren't this slow. Is colston a slow WR ? No. Is graham a slot WR ? I think you should no the answer to that because he plays TE. Lance Moore was a slot WR he was never a #1 or 2. Kenny's stills is a slot WR. Cooks is a slot WR. Get it?

Lance Moore did not play in the slot that often for the saints.

Colston lines up in the slot. Graham does too a good bit

This is a statistic actually...
