For those who've been asking, the hijacked website has been fixed.
Somehow I never expected the jihadists to target a redneck firearms training site -- live & learn.
Tentative date for my next class is November 1st, which is an open date for LSU & Alabama fans.

Just got an email saying my permit was accepted. 7-14 days till it comes in

I'm trying to remember if I have your email address -- it's the way I usually notify people when a date has been finalized.

Yep, much faster.
Whether you take my class or take one elsewhere, submit your application online. If you file online, no photo is needed, and none of the forms needs to be notarized.
And submit digitally scanned fingerprints (if you're a first time applicant -- fingerprints not needed for renewals).
