When your game is struggling, where do you go to score well?

3) Oak Knoll
2) Dumas Memorial
1) LSU Golf Course (RIP May2015)

Well a good guideline for me is if I can break 90, then the course must be easy....

Therefore LSU and Dumas must be pretty easy.

I have scored under 90 the last 2 times I have played Webb Park...but I still find it to be a bit more difficult than LSU.

I have scored around 90 at Beaver Creek as well.

I feel like I would probably shoot 120 at the U-Club

How "official" is this? I have heard/read the rumblings...but nothing that is definitive.

If true, that would absolutely suck. I really enjoy that course. It is always in fairly good shape.

Not necessarily. Funny thing is so far this year my lowest round was at U Club and I never played there before.

I was talking about NOLA city park. Only because I can go 40 yards left or right off the tee on some holes and still have a good angle into the green.

It depends on your game...

My weakness is my middle irons. I am not good at all at sticking shots on the green from beyond 100 yards with my irons. With all of the greens at U-Club protected by either water, sand, or both, that course would eat me alive. I have to be able to bounce the ball up to the green....or have some room to either side to be able to miss.

Try playing BR city park irons only, no woods or hybrids.

It just seems like on certain days, my ball and the sand near the greens have a magical magnetic attraction.

Well that is just it....if I am not playing well, I will lose a ton of balls too. There are plenty of places to lose them. When I shoot 86-89, like I have been lately, it means that I have managed to avoid the ditches, ponds, and lakes.
