Starting an Oilfield Service Company

Does anyone know what would be the best 3 services to have in this industry. My friend is working on Safety Anchors, Secondary Containment and lay flat pipe. Good or bad idea?

I'm going to start an investment company. I'd like to work on dinars, bitcoin and BOIL. Good or bad idea? Or is BOIL too predictable?

If he is not familiar with the industry and doesn't have any experience in it I would suggest he find something else to get into.
