Borderlands Prequel

Who is flying to the moon on release day?
I'm suspicious of a money grab since gearbox isn't making it.
The humor and story helped make Borderlands 2 awesome. I'm worried about a new crew coming in and writing the dialog. Video game dialog is rarely entertaining. Gearbox nailed it.
I'm on the wait and see committee. What about you?

Not interested, the humor of borderlands 2 wore thin towards the end.

And no. Gearbox is making it, just another branch. Same writers from 2 are on this one, so you don't have to worry about that. But I will wait on this one to pick it up.

Gearbox is working on it but using the 2k Australia team to do it. I'm not worried about it NOT being Borderlands. I'm worried about it being the same thing so then why buy it at release? I hate the idea of money grab because every game is a money grab. It looks like a full length Borderlands game which means you can get a lot more bang for your buck than plenty of other games. The question is if it does enough different.

I got tired of doing the same missions over and over. I got 34 hours out of it. I may come back later.

I am with you, plus it's looking like my wife will get induced next week. I will wait til things calm down at home some and get it on a steam sale if people like it.

The second got so repetitive about halfway through. I got to the point I just wanted it to end.
