I would think the issues at the CDC and in DC were both more the fault of whoever is in charge of the Detail and the white house.

No it's not. As someone stated on tv earlier today, there is a S.S. culture created during each administration. Undoubtably, this one was just a little too loosey-goosey with the way it's run. I've been around for a few decades and I've never heard as much, if any, negativity about the S.S. as this one.

Did I say I was was suprised? I am no fan of Obama. By the reasoning you are using any President would have to resign for anything anyone does that is incompetent. In th Fed Gov?
