The first episode of the mini-series was really good. I just started the second this morning. I hope that the series continues to be this captivating.

i am only a few episodes farther than you. I like it so far.
I heard that Netflix will be removing it from streaming soon. don't know if that is true.

It has a few points where it drags a little, but it is a really good series overall.

Like any show, it has some lows that go with it. A couple of wtf episodes and what not, but overall it's incredible all the way through with a slightly rushed ending.

Why does Netflix remove stuff? I thought they just kept expanding their catalog? That doesn't make any sense to me.

overall a pretty decent series though,,, the Caprica shunt shoulda/coulda worked, it had a ton of potential.

Because they sign contracts with studios and when those contracts end things might change. Maybe another streaming service like Amazon offered to pay more for exclusive rights to a show. Maybe the studio thinks it can make more in DVD sales if it takes it out of circulation for a while. Maybe not enough people are watching a show to justify the price NetFlix has to pay.
