Well we got to 4-4 that season...
The Falcons were pretty damn great that year too. Our division sucks this year

We were 4-4 in 2007 and 5-5 in 2012 and frankly I think it took everything we had those years just to climb even and we blew our wad on it. We just didn't have any energy left after getting to .500 those years.

I agree, but we did have a shot at a playoff push those years. We just weren't very good either of those years.
Right now we aren't very good either, but I still think the offense will settle down and the D can't play any worse. We're forcing favorable situations on D but can't get off the field
We need to get to 3-3 to have a realistic shot IMO, depending on our division at least

Playing our best of the year....we hope 
I'm really just waiting/wanting us to play 4 quarters on both sides of the ball just once this year to see how we do.

We are 2-3 after the weakest part of the schedule. It's hard to inspire hope when you see the abortion that has been put on the field lately.

I wouldn't call it the weakest part of our schedule at all. We've played all teams that turned out to be good on the road, where we're horrible. We get most of our second half of the season games at home
