What's the Flex Set-up in your league?

Commish of my league didn't change it to W/R/TE like I proposed this year, and in part, the scoring in the (10 man) league isn't what it could be, games less competitive. Teams holding on to shite WRs and RBs, while the smart teams hold onto two. In addition to that, the teams with two TEs who are forced to start lesser W/R are limited to maximum scoring output.
