I'll admit it. I have a man crush on Leonardo DiCaprio and his movies are fantastic. In your opinion, what are Dicaprio's best movies. This isn't necessarily his best performances, but the movies as a whole. Cast, character chemistry, plot etc.

Top 10:

1. Gangs of New York
2. The Departed
3. Catch Me If You Can
4. Django Unchained
5. Wolf of Wall Street
6. Titanic
7. What's Eating Gilbert Grape
8. Inception
9. Blood Diamond
10. Shutter Island

How would you rank them?

I know Leonardo DiCaprio is supposed to be one of those "heart throb" looks kind of guy but I swear I don't think there is a single actor or actress who has a bigger collection of movies that I enjoy than Leo.

For the life of me I can't remember what it's called but he was in a Western when he was a kid that was about being the fastest duelest.. love that movie.

Doesn't mean it's not a good movie

I didn't know what a South African accent sounded like so it didn't bother me

I'm glad I'm not the only one that isn't obsessed with Titanic. I mean it is a good movie and all but I want guts being spewed all over 19th century Manhattan or watching rip gator tails off a dime piece's arse in my movie

The Quick and the Dead, it came out in like 94 or 95. Has Gene Hackman, Russell Crowe, and Sharon Stone in it.

I'm ok with it being left out but the lack of The Basketball Diaries is kinda disappointing.

Well a list of best movies vs best acting is going to look way way different.

Titanic is easily the best movie he's been in. Departed is next. After that?

I think Gangs of New York is so much more entertaining than The Titanic. The Departed is a very close second though

1. Inception

2. The Departed

3. The Aviator

4. Shutter Island

then the field.

ETA: Gangs of New York will very likely make my list if I ever watch it.

I suppose so. I liked the movie well enough. But no way it's the top movie he was in.
