1. LSU can open the running game by passing the ball well.
2. LSU can prevent them from running up the middle on us.
3. If I stop making lame threads and hang myself.

I took the obvious ones, what do you all think would be necessary for LSU to beat Auburn?

If we play Beckwith and Harris for most of the game, we will beat Auburn. Guarantee it.

This. People are underestimating this. LSU will lock down on the wr's in single coverage, and sell out for the run. They don't have the passing ability that Prescott had...not that they can't and won't complete some passes....but this allows chavis to do some things to focus on the run....it should be a good game, and I think people are selling the LSU defense short. Prescott is good, and LSU had some blown assignments on some huge plays against them...question is if they can get those fixed. Obviously Welter hasn't yet after that middle run last night.....just saying.

We score a defensive or special teams TD and win the TO battle by at least 2. We need AU to screw up several times. Make them beat us throwing.

Harris and Beckwith start, and our defense plays at it's best. But even then itll still be a close game. I think it'll come down to miles and his play calling if it's predictable we lose. We gotta start to shake things up a little bit.

They play in a parallel universe and those things actually have a chance in hell of happening.

LSU wins turnover battle 3-0. Picking up blitzes. No missed blocking assignments by RBs. Less than 30 yds. in penalties by LSU, more than 70 yds. by Auburn. Harris avoids injury. LSU punts keep Auburn deep in their own territory. LSU rushes for 150 or more yds.

Stating the obvious: it'll be very, very difficult for LSU to win this one.
