I"m currently in a dealer service waiting room while they perform some checkup service on my car. "The Talk" is on the TV here and it is just absolutely dreadful. I changed the channel but a woman said she was listening to it.

Headphones ON.

I remember how 10-15 years ago it was talk show after talk show on daytime tv. Last time I saw daytime tv, a couple years ago, it was nothing but courtroom shows.
Has it transitioned to something else?

You'll probably notice an inordinate number of commercials for personal injury attorneys as well, since during the day is when the lazy and unemployed are sitting at home thinking of ways for an easy and undeserved payday.

This is true lol. There have been a ton of personal injury commercials. I already know the tag line of one of them..."One call, that's all."

They are wall to wall on during the "Judge" shows on fox. Along with commercials for free cell phones and junior colleges. When I'm home sick I end up watching that crap all day.

It's Gruber Law Offices. I listen to ESPN radio at work and it's on there constantly

I've gotten used to it since being on dogs. It's usually just on in the background in case something breaks that I need to know about.

Stay at home moms watch more Disney, Nick Jr. and Sprouts. At least my wife does.

If it were me and the rugrat at home, I'd watch Doc McStuffins and Bubble Guppies all day before I watch any of the BS that makes up day time TV.
