1. What areas of my team needs to be upgraded? My weakest areas right now, IMO, are my WR2 and TE.

I have 2 player bids in play, not saying who in case my opponents post on here.

2. One guy in my league has Julio Jones and he has lost all of his RBs. I have a pretty healthy stable of RBs and would like to see if I could convince him of a trade. If you were me, who would you offer, or should I not even waste my time?

His current roster:

RB: Bell
RB: R. Matthews
WR: Julio
WR: K. Wright
TE: Graham
K: Nugent
DST: Patriots

Why do you have Marshawn Lynch on your bench?

but yeah you're TE and WR2 are weak. Im in the same situation. I'd start Bradshaw over Miller IMO. I'd maybe sell Miller and Bradshaw for an Andre Johnson or someone like that to upgrade at WR2

Yeah, WR2 and tight end. Might be tough to get Julio as he doesn't have much WR depth. Find a team with lots of wr or 2 top tight ends and offer up a RB.

I don't know. The problem with Bradshaw now is that Richardson is now getting more carries. The matchup this week is good for him though.

I'm definitely playing Miller. His Oakland matchup should play out well.

The bigger question there is Jennings or Bradshaw. They stated that Jennings may get less carries since it is a short week. It us also a London game which could affect his output as well.

What if I added Cruz onto a trade deal along with either Miller or Bradshaw and Spiller? I'm not big on 3-1 trades, but I have the RBs to spare. The only downside is that Julio and Megatron are both bye week 9s, meaning I'd have to find another WR replacement for that week.

If you think that is a moronic offer, don't hold back.
