How many is fair

There is a who is in two of the leagues I am currently in he has 8 running backs in both leagues. I guess this is his strategy but I think its gay and fricks every other person coming into bye weeks. I don't play FF much so I would like to know if this is a common practice or not.

Its fair if the commish didn't setup roster limits. Seems it would hurt him in the bye weeks also though. At some point he's going to need another WR or 2.

Fair game, if you're playing for money you should have been more on top of things. If it's free, who cares?
