Louisiana Takeover in Birmingham tonight....

I hit up Highlands Bar & Grill for a Sazerac and scallops.

Lyle Broussard from L'auberge Casino & Resort in Lake Charles will be at Avo & Dram.

Ryan Andre from City Pork 2 in Baton Rouge will be at Bistro 218.

Cory Bahr from Cotton in Monroe will be at Highlands Bar and Grill and Bottega.

Manny Augello from Bread & Circus Provisions in Lafayette will be at Little Savannah Restaurant and Bar.

Michael Farrell from Dickie Brennan & Company in New Orleans will be at The View at The Club.

Keith and Nealy Frentz from Lola Restaurants in St. Tammany will be at Ollie Irene.

Stephen Naegle from Sprits Food & Friends in Alexandria will be at Dixie Fish Co.

The Sazerac was a bit sweet compared to those in New Orleans.

The scallops were spot on.


Highlands is a high class establishment, plenty of the Birmingham Bar Assoc. present tonight.
