iPad mini issues after recent update

When I copy a web link I can't get it to paste the link in a text or FB Messenger. It pastes an item or phrase from an earlier copy and paste.

I have an iPad 2 and wasnt aware of the issues with the new update and iPad2. Pissed about it, hasnt been the same.
And my 5C hasnt been nearly as smooth either. Safari sucks with the new update so I downloaded Mercury Pro browser and it runs a little better.

8.0.2 didn't fix it.

And I get down voted when people say that their phones don't work as well after updates and I say it's all in their head. This is proof positive that I'm right.
(All browsers on iOS have to use the safari webkit engine, so basically all browsers in the app store are just different wrappers around Mobile Safari.)
