I wonder who the inhuman is with no eyes. I can't recall a prominent Inhuman with no eyes (although I never really got into a lot of the Inhuman comics).

So Inhuman is just a way to have mutants w/o messing with the mutant/Xmen rights thing between Marvel and Fox?

Marvel's Inhumans and mutants were different groups. Inhumans were basically human and Kree hybrids. Mutants were humans that evolved on their own over the years. Evidently since Marvel sold their "mutant" movie rights to Fox, so supposedly Marvel has decided to stop creating new mutants, and just make new Inhumans.

Metahumans is just a term that DC uses to describe any human with superpowers.

So do you think Skye/Daisy and Bobbi will eventually find themselves in MCU films? They both eventually become Avengers don't they?

There's actually a "Raina" in Marvel already:

As far as the Inhuman with no eyes, speculation is that he's the character, "Reader" who searches the globe for new Inhumans.

I think Skyesy certainly will, she melts the screen with hotness, and certainly Bobbi could, if Romanov Johansen decides she wants out, either or both of them could fill the void as the female lead eye candy Avenger.

on a side note, loved the way Sky wheeled on Ward and opened fire.

Yeah is that confirmed though? IMDB can be a little off, or another scenario is that they cut the scene.

Wild guess- what if Tripp is an LMD?

but yeah, this has been a long origin story for Daisy/Quake but I'm glad we are here. She's been an important Marvel character for the last decade, I suspect we see her in some capacity in film.

and Jesus Christ Ward is awesome.

Tripp was turned to stone. Not necessarily killed.

There's a storyline in the Inhumans that involves "bringing the statues back to life".

Well the way scene played out, Tripp statue broke apart upon Skye's/Quake's emergence.

He's more dead than your dead mother

I think we've identified the Inhuman with no eyes.

He's called the Reader. His power is that he can make anything real that he reads aloud. The genetic council blinded him to curb his powers, but it works in braille as well.

Here's a good page to visit for non-comic readers if you want some comic insight into the finale:

FYI there are potential spoilers for future plotlines

Oh and Tripps dead...

quote:

How did Trip end up being the one to unfortunately prove what would happen if the wrong person went into that chamber and was exposed to what was in there?

That was a very difficult decision to make. We knew we wanted to make… Essentially at the end of [episode] ten, you’re witnessing Daisy’s origin story. We always knew that we wanted it to be a very emotionally complex experience, juxtaposing that incredible image of her bursting through all the petrification and then having her witness her dear friend’s death at the same time and it always has such a great impact when you take a beloved character and see their end. It’s not something that we… It wasn’t an easy or fast decision to make. Trip is a character that we’ve established over the course of last season and this season and the audience has grown to love him as much as we do but it’s a way to confirm that this life that they all live has stakes and consequences and every day they’re taking a risk and all of them are at risk. To have that present while we’re witnessing Skye’s, well Daisy’s, new power, that’s just something that we wanted to capture in one moment.

Tripps death definitely accomplished what they were going for and I can see that baggage staying with Skye for awhile.

I looked for some clues on who Raina is but none yet that my novice google skills can find.

I agree. It hit an emotional beat pretty well for a guy that has been criminally underused this season and was only in about 4 episodes last season.

It could be her. I seem to remember her being in the Savage Land in the X-Men comics.

Well, well, well.. Guess who Marvel is pulling a huge retcon on today and saying they were inhumans all along?

Spoilers for comic readers

I don't care if they're mutants or not as they were always more Avengery to me but I don't like how they did it.

I don't like the whole "inversion" storyline, but it explains how Thor Odinson is no longer worthy of Mjolnir.
