Been reading about the Mississippi State player who {in my opinion} should have been thrown out of the game Saturday night, and his suspension last year from a similar incident. Last years suspension was a half game. It seems to me that a half game suspension is barely a slap on the wrist for something as serious as what he did Saturday. Anybody else see it the same way?

It's time to move on, the SEC will or will not handle it. Neither stomp was flagged by refs so my guess is SEC office will side with their golden officials - nothing to see here, let's move on!

People have been verbally attacking that dudes family around here too. He deserves whatever the SEC gives him but the family shouldn't be gettin any of it.

Yeah, I understand it's old news now and the subject has been beaten to death, but I'm not just talking about the Mississippi State situation. I mean like the Florida players who were suspended for the opening game. That game was never played yet the suspensions were lifted by Muschamp. Winston was only going to sit for one half originally. These kind of suspension don't mean anything. Makes no sense to me.

I didn't know that jumping on a guy after the play is over was condoned these days. Actually, That kind of shite isn't football. It's just dirty unsportsman like bullshite. I hope to god that no LSU players ever feel compelled to play the game that way. Again, earlier I said that the first time it happened, I was willing to give the kid a pass, figuring it was accidental. But it happened again and he showed his true colors.

Exactly.. It's football... Nobody plays football to get curb stomped on by a 300 pound center. It's busch league and it probably on the level of the Florida eye gouging incident

Topwater, you don't get it. If you condone dirty football or just don't give a damm, your no better than our lame media that give's O'bama a pass on every stupid, illegal thing that he does. You have to speak up, not shut up.
