Exactly. A lot depends on who will end up being our 5th and what we get out of Miller. Still so much time left between now and April so who knows what our offense will look like by then. Doesn't look good at this moment.

David Ross signs with the Cubs for 2 years/5 mil. The same day that Prado got traded to the fish. It would have been nice for Hart to bring Ross and Prado back. Super likable and great clubhouse guys.

I see with the J Upton deal we are also getting SD's Int'l Bonus Pool slot. Didn't we also acquire a portion of StL's Intl Bonus Pool $$ for Heyward?

Multi year deal for a potential bounceback candidate reliever makes sense when you're trying to rebuild. Good 1st half and he could be flipped.
