PPR league. If Charles comes back then I'm pulling back Kniles and playing both Cooks and Smith but if Charles is out then I'm pulling one of these recievers and playing Kniles.

Charles is a game time decision, so you will not know if he's playing until after Cooks and Smiths games are over. KC plays in the late game.
Do you not look at schedules or read injury reports before you start a thread?

When I asked the question, I was asking it with the assumption that anyone who read it would understand that I was basing it on knowing Charles's status before noon kickoffs. You do realize that sometimes they announce players as being "out" well before kickoff huh? If he's still questionable by noon then my decision is done. Thanks for your advice though bud!

Cleveland has given up like 350 and 250 yards in the first to games to big Ben and Brees, respectively.
-So for this game with Smitty I think he could really rack up some yards b/c he's been Flacco's number 1 WR target this year.
Minn only gave up like 150 or so to Brady but I think a good bit more to the Rams.
- Might be a slightly better pass D. Outside of the usual Jimmy Graham targets, it seems Brees spreads the WR and RB targets around a bit more than Flacco.
Either could have a great day but I'd lean toward Smitty b/c he'll likely have more targets

The low passing yardage in the Pats Vikings game wasn't because of the Vikings' secondary.

I didn't watch that one, just saw a few of the numbers and that one stuck out to me. What was the issue?

Cassel thought he was still a Patriot. Game got out of hand early. Didn't ask Brady to throw much. The Vikings secondary might be good, that game didn't show much though.

The Pats were up pretty fast, so it became the Ridley show after that.

Got it.
So perhaps they're about equal in pass D then?
Could make a good argument for either receiver I think. Smitty likely to receive greater percentage of targets but Brees is the man in that dome so he'll be slingin it a lot I bet.

Smith Sr. will probably be a high floor, decent ceiling guy.
Cooks is probably much lower floor, but the possibility for a very high ceiling.
Depends on what the OP is shooting for (ie. is he playing against Matt Ryan, Julio Jones, and the ATL D?)

Lol yall both bring up good points and that's why I'm struggling. I'm trying not to be a homer but I think Cooks could have the bigger day being at home. But smith has been a PPR heroe. On the flip side if charles does sit out but they don't announce it until 2:30 and I sit Kniles....well I'm just gonna be upset that's all.
