I have a group text going where one of the users switched from Apple to Droid, so iMessages will no longer go through. In the past, I was able to hold over the message, click more, and then click Send as Text Message, but I no longer see that option.

Does anyone have any thoughts as to a solution other than going to Settings and turning off iMessages before I reply, then turning them back on when done?

Try to delete the group and start a new one with the same members

Interesting, I seem to be having the same problem. I have a group text with some co-workers that keeps failing. One Iphone and one Droid. This is a brand new issue for me.

Will hang up and listen.

Did you try this and did it work?

I did this.
Sent a regular text that was successful, turned imessage back on. I sent another text and it was sent as a regular text. Think that fixed it.

So, after all the hoopla about hijacking text messages, they actually found a way to make it worse?
