thought I'd keep riding this horse.

Auburn, 41-7. There was an open date next and I thought firing DiNardo wouldn't have been out of line.

Can you imagine if that happened now the uproar there would be? Players smoking cigars on the field with the coach? Media would cause him to be fired.

I still have a cigar from the 2001 game where a ton of LSU fans smoked on the field after the game when we beat their arse.

My last count was 4 times being asked to gtfo.
All involved me and cup and TD celebration toss.
2 road games and 2 home.

Fwiw nick Saban got pissed at me for throwing cup on superdome floor vs Illinois in sugar bowl .
All most hit DD.

You can't take some people anywhere.
I know.
I'm sorry for partying.

This.

And it seems like they knew it back then - celebrate while you can.

True story. I hate that it was against us but that shite was . Now it's one of those little slices of history between the two teams. Sad that things like this would likely cause a lot of heat for a coach and sanctions for the athletes nowadays.

Threw a cup after Auburn scored to go up 24-0 on yet another long pass play.

Not a proud moment. As soon as the marshall tapped my shoulder I had a sudden moment of clarity and told her I'd just leave without answering any questions. I was in grad school and didn't want to be picking up trash on Sunday.

It was really weird to hang out at our tailgate during the day while the game was still going on but obviously I didn't miss much.

Auburn's last win there

Every game since then they've either gotten blown out or lost in the final seconds in hilarious fashion

Yeah, was at this debacle. To add insult to it AU went on to L 5 next straight and 6 of last 8 for 5-6 record after all that celebration!

Ok.
Last week I rustled their tiny jimmies about throwing trash at prisoners picking up trash.
It was glorious til some admin whacked it.

I was looking for opinions on whether or not I was an a-hole or just taking advtg of the opportunity to cleanse my truck.
No reason to delete.
