For the most of American history, it has been national policy to plunder the capital accumulated by American citizens.

The amount of wealth stolen from blacks through slavery has been more than paid off through welfare benefits transferred to them since the 1960s.

Has anyone ever figured out the dollar value that was stolen from slaves vs. the dollar value given just to black Americans in transfer payments?

True in the south. idk about the north.

Redlining in the 50s-60s prevented black people from accumulating wealth through governmental systematic denial of home loans.

What ever this mythical figure may be, it would only be a fraction of what was stolen from the Native Americans.
