it is so frustrating to see Mark Ingram waste away on the sideline when he is destroying the defense. Then we see Robinson come in and gain 3 yards.

Give the ball to ingram frick RBBC, if robinson is hot that day give him the ball, if PT is hot that day give him the ball.

Run and D go hand in hand. We need both or we will continue to lose shite teams on the road.

I have no clue why ingram got shelved in the 4th quarter when he was gashing the browns.

All our running backs had a hot day. Its frustrating but the D can't give up that late drive like that.

Agreed. Look Drew Brees is one of the greatest ever, there's no denying that. However, based on what I have seen, his touch down the field is gone. The arm strength just isn't there. He can get short to intermediate stuff, but he doesn't have to be THE GUY anymore. The running game is capable of winning us games. Payton needs to pull his head out of his arse and roll with it. To hell with passing stats and running up the score. Use the run game to help out our sorry defense.

Why do people like you not know how a message board works? You really think no one will give their thoughts on what that team should do?

Yeah it really is frustrating. 174 yards rushing at the end of the day. That number could have easily been over 200 if we were more balanced, let's say 35/35, but of course that wasn't the case today. It's sad because we have such a great amount of talent in our RBs, yet we force DB to do too much.

Agreed and these numbers can't be showed enough:

Ingram:
24 carries
143 yards
5.96 ypc
3 TDs

4 receptions
22 yards

Thomas:
10 carries
47 yards
4.7 ypc

9 receptions
74 yards

Robinson:
14 carries
59 yards
4.21 ypc
1 TD

Brees:
56/82 (68.29%)
570 yards
6.95 y/a
3 TD
2 INT

I love the fact we're scoring at will most of the drives, but today we started the game so flat, went to the running game, and abandoned it for stretches.

When I saw that Mark Ingram finished the game with 11 carries and 80+ yards I was like "HE JUST HAD 11 CARRIES?!?" I was losing my shite after every successful 4+ yard first down run and Sean Payton would put Drew in the shotgun with an empty backfield on second down. WHY?!

The offense can score, it's just how they manage the clock and call the plays that grinds my gears. But that goddamn defense. Where's the pass rush all of a sudden? And for frick's sake, everyone in the NFL knows Patrick Robinson is our weakest link. And I don't like Vaccaro not being in his rover position like he was last year.
