He wrote an article during the Saints resort vacation...I mean training camp, where he said PRob is a cause for concern. Well, he was spot fricking on.

So did Champ get a cancer diagnosis or something? How bad did he have to be for Prob to pass him up?

I just wonder if Payton can suck up his pride and admit his mistake. shite, at this point it can't get any worse letting a young guy get in there and try to make a play.

Champ was hurt most of training camp (although he played well in his preseason appearance) so hey say they didn't see enough of him. I think they were saving face and choosing "young potential" over an older player with health concerns.

That other corner has been a glaring need since last season...and not a fricking thing was done. Well except to bring in a 36 yr old Champ Bailey. SJB is noway ready for that responsiblity. I thought for sure cb would have been a priority in free agency.

I'm all for having Dixon or SJB play. Hard for them to be worse than Robinson, and they can get valuable reps.
