But the stunt has prompted a rare union between gay rights groups and social conservatives, who have both condemned the sham marriage - for very different reasons.

Interesting the LBGT crowd say the men are "trivialising" marriage. That is a big part of what chistians objected to by blurring the traditional definition of marriage.
If society is to accept gays, lesbians, and transgenders getting married then we must also accept strait people of the same sex being married. After all who are we to prevent them from publicly professing their love for one another?
