They are really easy to make.
3/4 cup of Panko
2 Tbsp of Ground Flax
1 teaspoon of chili powder
Salt
Put these in a bowl and mix.
Take one egg and put in separate bowl.
Dip peeled avocado wedges into egg, then place in mix.
Put on cooking sheet (oven already heated to 400 degrees).
Cooks in about 10-12 minutes.
Dip in sauce or whatever.

If you bake them and use Panko, it's a very healthy side or appetizer. Rich in fats. Good stuff.

Pick up a pretzel pizza and 18 pack of ML.

This might be a dumb question, but what is panko and where can I get it?
Although, I've never been much on the "healthy" side

Panko is a Japanese-style breadcrumb traditionally used as a coating for deep- fried foods

Don't worry. I didn't know what it was until last week. Panko is like a light bread crumb. You can do baked chicken, shrimp, etc. It's good stuff. Not very heavy.
You can get it at any grocer.

Peas, long grain wild rice, and grilled chicken. Water to drink. Might have a skinny margarita after my workout.
