Watched the all22 film last night. He just looks slow. It's almost like he's afraid to get hit.

Yeah, his vision is not great, but it seems like his main problem is that he just isnt fast enough from the hand off point. Its night and day difference from when he gets the handoff compared to when Bradshaw gets the handoff.

It was very noticeable to me when watching the film. He's not quick to get anywhere. Get him in the open field, he can break a tackle (just barely), but as for shaking someone, running away from someone, or hitting the hole with speed and decisiveness, forget about it. He has the vision and speed of a fullback.

I'm honestly surprised by how bad he is. I really thought he'd be better.

No, but he also has a high % of his carries against 8 and 9 man boxes. I want to say he's top 5 in the NFL along with Ingram.
