Ellington was dropped in a 10 team league - do I use #1 Waiver on him?

RBs are Murray and Ball with Vereen as Flex. Have PT and Hill as back ups and C. Patterson/Hopkins I can also use as flex (plus Gordon if reinstated). Should I grab Ellington just in case?
