One of the best steaks I have ever had in my life was the aged Porterhouse from Nick and Sams in Dallas

I also hear that Ruffinos has a good 45 day aged ribeye that is on special every now and then. Never had it though

I know the one I had several years ago at Delmonicos in N.O. Was pretty damn good. Prime dry aged NY strip.

You would be terrified if you saw how those cuts are aged.

If you ever in London check out M.A.S.H and try to Danish dry aged bone in ribeye.

Besides that I hear Del's in NOLA has a pretty excellent dry aged ribeye. I've personally never had it though.

Capital Grille offers a great dry aged steak for an upscale, prime chain that is usually found in larger cities or cities with money.
