Should Avatars look like the poster?

Just a thought...
Does anybody else get confused when they see a poster having a "hot chick" or some random meme and think that's what the poster looks like for a second? But then they realize, no that's not the case probably.
What if everyone made their avatar look like them? A celebrity, cartoon, random picture of somebody, spirit animal, etc...that looks kinda like them.
Just a thought that might improve the board.
For the record, I kinda resemble goldmember, so I have already started this soon to be trend.
