Authorities in East Baton Rouge and Livingston parishes on Monday brought new accusations of rape and sexual misconduct against Will Hayden, the star of the now-canceled “Sons of Guns” reality TV show, on behalf of three victims — one child and two women who allege Hayden sexually abused them when they were 12 to 13 years old.
Hayden, already accused of raping a girl in East Baton Rouge Parish from March 2013 until July, was accused in the rape of a different girl more than 20 years ago, according to the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office.
Following the second of Hayden’s two arrests in August, a 34-year-old woman contacted Sheriff’s Office detectives and told them Hayden raped her 22 years ago. Only 12 years old at the time of the rape, the woman told authorities in late August that she didn’t come forward initially because she didn’t know if her family would believe her, according to a warrant for Hayden’s arrest.
The 34-year-old woman told deputies that Hayden raped her while she was staying with his family at a Cedarcrest Avenue apartment, the warrant says. She was staying there because her house had burned down in a fire.
Although she didn’t come forward to authorities with the allegations until recently, the woman did tell her husband about four years ago that Hayden raped her when she was younger, the warrant says. Detectives confirmed with the husband that the conversation took place.
Meanwhile, the Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office announced Monday that Hayden is accused in that parish of a March 2013 rape of a girl who was 11 years old at the time.

Hayden’s recent legal troubles began with his arrest Aug. 8 on the counts of molestation of a juvenile and aggravated crimes against nature. He is accused of inappropriately kissing while naked on Aug. 4 the same girl he is accused of raping over a recent 14-month period in East Baton Rouge Parish, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
He posted a $150,000 bail after that first arrest and was released.
Then, on Aug. 26, the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office arrested Hayden on the rape accusations against the same girl. The girl told detectives she didn’t tell them initially that she was raped because she was threatened and intimidated by Hayden, according to a warrant for his arrest on Aug. 26.
Hayden’s bail in East Baton Rouge, where he is being held at the Parish Prison, was $250,000 on the original counts. His new bail wasn’t available Monday afternoon.
In Livingston Parish, where Hayden was booked Friday on counts of aggravated rape and indecent behavior with a juvenile, his bail is set at $125,000.
The final episode of “Sons of Guns,” a reality TV show revolving around Red Jacket Firearms LLC, a Baton Rouge gun shop founded by Hayden, aired in May.

Livingston deputies also accuse ‘Sons of Guns’ star Hayden in rape
The title makes it sound like he raped some sheriff's deputies... that's hot.

Dude lost his business. I doubt he has any serious money.

I wonder how much business he was doing in the first place. All of the "contracts" on the show were clearly made up.

I have no doubts and I wasn't defending in any way. It just seems that people come out of the woodwork looking for a quick buck at times.

I don't know the full mentality of a rape victim but often times you read about how much courage it takes one to come out. Especially one that is 12 years old or one that has moved on with their lives like the 34 year old woman in the story.
It seems to take a lot of courage and it could be that now that the story is out there it simply makes it easier for other victims to share their stories and support each other.
Not everything has to be about money. If it was solely about money then why didn't the woman in the article pursue it 4 years ago when she came out to her husband about it and Sons of Guns seemed to be doing well on TV?
