Places for 12 year old boy's birthday parties in BR?

My brother is turning 12 in December. Parents are too busy , so Im trying to plan a small party for him. OT Parents where did you have your kids party? I was thinking pool party , laser tag or go kart..

Take him and a bunch of his friends camping. Tell scary stories, cook hobo meals, let them play flashlight tag or whatever.
