Obama pushes $5 billion counterterrorism fund to fight ISIS

It's an unforgivable frick up on Bush and Cheney's part removing a dictator we could control that would also keep the bat shite crazy jihadists like Isis quiet and ensure stability for iraq and by extension, the Mideast as a whole.

Obama's plan calls for the $5 Billion in counterterrorism funds to be implemented to fight ISIS in a non-direct manner. The $5 Billion will be dispersed to various community based organizations within the United States. These community based organizations will be use the $5 Billion dollars to promote democracy in the U.S. and in doing so combat radical Islam.
