Looking to have a water well put in on our property in St. Helena Parish. Anyone know of a contractor that does this around that area?

Ken Segura of Segura Hardware in Loreauville has a water well drilling service. That may be a bit far for him though.

I do not know anyone in that area but the only suggestion I have is use a submersible pump that way you will never loose prime on pump.

Thanks for all the help. I've heard the same thing pertaining to the submersible pumps. We have 3 wells at my plant. 2 are submerged and we never have issues with them, but the one suction/above ground constantly has a problem.
