Lewis had a terrible day, but I think that should tell us something:
The Defense just got worked. A failure at every level.
We KNOW that Keenan Lewis is a good CB. When you have no pass rush, no safety help, and your other CBs are getting abused, versus a damn good QB and an absolutely elite WR...

I think some people want to either blindly a) blame a player for everything or b) praise a player despite his actual performance. I'm not sure these people are interested in the actual schemes or strategies that lead to performances, good or bad. It may because they don't understand the basic x's and o's of football.

He alternates between good an bad plays. He breaks up a pass. Then he gets called for a pass interference on the following play.. He makes a solid tackle, supporting the run. Then he gets torched on the next play by a wide receiver. He is too inconsistent.

I was never in such a club. Ever. Even when everyone was sucking up for this guy last season saying he's "raw" and all these other excuses... the guy is terrible.
Patrick Robinson is terrible especially as a 1st round pick. He's shown nothing for us since day 1 no matter what people say. Keenan comes in for one season and lights it up, but the others are steady behind.
Our front office is good at most things, but evaluating CBs is not one.
