Well guys, we did it! No 100 Loss season this year!!! And 70 wins is within reach!
We have also won the Silver Boot, and will collect our trophy during our last series with the Rangers.
Alex Presley is back, and Springer ran sprints for the trainers yesterday. Springer expected to be back for the next homestand.
On a sad note, the Astros fire CC manager Keith Bodie due to "philosophical differences" whatever the hell that means. Thanks Keith.

I hope Springer can play the last homestand. I'm going to the final game of the season with my little girl. would be cool to get to 70 wins but we shouldn't be throwing parades for not losing 100 games.

Nobody said anything about a parade, but a 20 game improvement over last season is well within reach, which is reason to be optimistic for next year.

Anyone seen anything new on the Aiken deal?
I said I'd be happy with 70 wins but if we go 12-7 and get 75, that's a victory and a 24 game improvement.
