What happened to icing the kicker?

Payton does this all the time and didn't do it either to end regulation or overtime

It's stupid. It doesn't work.
Bryant missed the FG at the end of the first half when we iced him and then he came back and made it after the timeout.

It doesnt fricking work. That's what happened. Look up stats on icing and see if you still want it.

It feels like Bryant never fricking misses against us. I think he did last year and I'm still in shock. Doubt it would have mattered.

You can provide no evidence that a kicker misses a field goal because of the timeout the defense called right before it. Maybe it's just coincidence.
