Context? Are you visiting on a weekday, how long?

Top Golf? Or you could just go to a driving range and save a bunch of money.

The best and worst thing about Dallas is there are a lot of different areas with things going on.
If you are looking for the college aged crowd go over on SMU blvd area and you've got some cool spots.
Looking for more of a mid 20's/30's crowd but similar feel than Uptown is your place, Mckinney ave to be specific. Mckinney also has some dance clubs if you are into that. Also if you want a decent patio atmosphere the Katy Trail Icehouse is fun sometimes, but it does get slammed pretty early
Knox Henderson area can be cool as well, especially if you like drinking outdoors I recommend Truckyard (although I think it closes at midnight).
Are you a Hipster? Go to West Village
Are you into the grunge/local stuff? Deep Ellum. Deep Ellum is actually pretty cool no matter who you are, you just have to go to the right places, it can get pretty sketchy.
Are you over 40 and want to party? Suck it up, take the tollway 20 minutes north to The Shops at Legacy in Plano

I fly in Thursday night and fly out Monday night. It'll be me and the gf. We're staying near DFW. I'm open to anything
