Tiger Stadium question

Has LSU changed where the fence line is along the sidelines to allow for more room for the TV crews and their equipment to flow more freely behind the team benches? Also are the two rows between the purple wall and the fence to the field still there?

Only on the west side behind the Lsu bench, they eliminated the 2 rows of seats in front of the wall to allow more room for tv equipment and higher degree of safety on the sideline.

We are writing to make you aware of changes to the west sideline of Tiger Stadium that will potentially affect the way you enter and exit your seats on the lower west sideline.
Beginning this season the fence along the west sideline that separates the playing field from the seating stands has been pushed back to row 1 of sections 100-106. Increases in the number of gameday personnel in and around the sideline bench area and the use of motorized carts carrying television cameras have made sideline traffic on the field increasingly hazardous. This adjustment creates an additional 5 feet of space on the west sideline bench area that will be dedicated exclusively to TV camera carts, which will help to prevent the kinds of collisions that have occurred in recent years at several venues across the country.
Although this adjustment creates safer conditions on the sideline bench area, it eliminates the walkway in front of row 1 of sections 100-106 that fans have previously been able to traverse. With the absence of that walkway, all fans with tickets for sections 100-106 will have to access their seats using the ramp system underneath the lower west seating stands. Fans will be able to use the ramp system to enter the seating stands at one of three portal levels, and then go up or down the seating stairs to reach their row. Fans will no longer be able to go up the seating stairs from the ground level. Fans will also no longer be able to traverse across the west sideline seating area on the ground level in front of sections 100-106.
We recognize that this change may be inconvenient for some fans, but it is one that we feel is necessary to help insure the safety of our players, coaches, and support staff on gamedays. We appreciate your understanding.
Thank you for your support of LSU Football.

it eliminates the walkway in front of row 1
Does that mean that those 2 rows of seats will still be there? I guess row 1 will be up against the fence?

Not sure, now that I'm reading it again it says the walkway will be eliminated, not the 2 rows of seats, guess we'll find out Saturday night.

The first two rows are still there. The big gap from there to the fence is gone. There is about 2 feet from the seats to the new fence. I was in a meeting there yesterday for the event staff on the changes. Also, no one will be allowed to exit the portals to go to the bathrooms anymore. Everyone has to go up and out then down to go and relieve themselves. We are going to catch a lot of flap for the new changes.
