At what age can police post a photo and name of a juvenile for a crime they are charged with?

Haha. Nothing. I'm just curious. All these crimes posted online and they show kids faces sometimes and other times are told because the suspect is a minor they can't show his/her face. Just looking for clarification. Like on nola a teen stabbed someone and no pic or name (15yr), and then there's 3 kids (16yr) and all faces and names are given for robery
