Green Bay, WI - Can we start a general info thread?

While we still have the attention of a few Wisconsin fans here, I was hoping to get a general information thread going.
We'll be traveling to the game from Denver, and wanted to make a few day trip out of it. What are some must-dos for Green Bay, WI, and which direction should we drive for other fun cities and attractions?

Good idea. We only have two years to plan for this game!

We just visited Chicago this year, only reason to return would be for more Chicago Mix popcorn.

What about the Syracuse trip.
Carrier Dome
Short drive to Toronto Niagra Falls
Short drive to Cooperstown Baseball Hall of Fame
Upstate New York could be a nice option to spend some time

Some people plan out trips far in advance. I'm just trying to decide if I should go to the game, see Green Bay, and come home. Or, visit some nearby cities and spend a few days there.

Whistling Straits if you play golf - I believe it's the next home of the PGA or US Open
Chicago but if you've already done that skip it
Milwaukee has some things to do and see

We plan on flying into Milwaukee or Chicago, renting a car, and staying there.
Not much I want to see in Green Bay- will probably just drive up on gameday and leave after the game.
Probably will fly up Thursday night or Friday during the day, and back on Sunday night or Monday.

Don't get your hopes up. Green Bay is a shitehole. Outside of Lambeau Field there is absolutely nothing to do or see.
If it's early enough in the season, take a trip up into Door County. There's a quaint little village called Fish Creek that has a really cool whitefish boil during the warmer months of the year. It's very well-known among Wisconsinites.

New Glarus Brewing a little bit south of Madison. Bring back a case of Belgian Red or Raspberry Tart.

I'mnot a wisconsite but Lake a Geneva is close to Milwaukee and a nice day trip. The Wisconsin Dells are a well advertised tourist destination. Fall fishing out of Racine is pretty good also.
Depending on the timing, the fall leaves may be in season.
It will be much cooler than in baton rouge.
