As commissioner (or a player) when do you vote for/against a trade?

When someone tries to trade a Kicker for Peyton Manning, otherwise you dont vote against it. If a trade is fair its not anyone elses decision whether its a good trade for one side or another.

Obvious collusion. Other than that, not my business.

Good leagues only use it for collusion. If someone trade rapes someone because they're being an idiot or because someone is just desperate to change things up it's their own business.

No matter how lopsided, the only time a trade should be vetoed is because of collusion
