ATT UVerse: Did I make a mistake?

Just ordered Uverse. (Internet(highest under 45Mbps) + U300 (?)) Gonna be paying 133 a month. DirecTV is going to move up to 90 and I already pay full for Cox 25Mbps (65 p/month). Should I just renegotiate Cox and DirecTV to lower to around the 133 or should I make the switch? FYI our neighborhood is Fiber to the Home but they won't allow us to get the 45Mbps for some reason.
Eta: Side question. What is the best value modem/router bundle for cable internet? I may have stemmed this move from the really bad gateway that comes with Cox.

Renegotiating won't hurt...Also, do you have any time to "try" the ATT service (30 days, what not)..?If so, compare the two...I don't know that you will notice 45 vs 25 (soon to be 50) in everyday scenarios..

Well I can't get 45Mbps atm since ATT won't release that package even though we have FTTH. At the moment there is no trial period but I guess I should call and ask about one.

what kind of new customer deals are you getting with ATT? after 3/6/12 months are you going to be paying more to get the same speeds/channels?

It's for 2 years at that price (133) They said to just get whatever deal they run after that 2 years.

I have U-verse and the 45mb package. I don't have fiber to the house. (unless they added something prior to me picking it up)
I've had them for 4 years or so now. They usually apply a new deal to my account, without me having to call in. After an initial problem with it dropping connections 4 years ago, I haven't had an issue with them.
